About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Operations Manager (Creator BD) to join our team. This role combines strategic business development with content and community management across key social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Youll be responsible for identifying and on-boarding influencers, building strong partnerships, and growing our brand presence through short-form video content and community engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

Creator Business Development (BD):
 
  • Identify and reach out to potential creators, influencers and brand ambassadors across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs/KOCs to drive brand awareness, engagement, and user growth.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms, monitor performance, and optimize creator campaigns based on data and ROI.
  • Maintain a database of creator partners and campaign results.

Social Media & Short Video Operations:
 
  • Manage and operate brand social media accounts on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging short-form video content aligned with the brands tone and marketing objectives.
  • Analyze social media trends, platform updates, and viral content to inform content strategy.
  • Monitor and engage with the community through comments, messages, and user interactions.
  • Track and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, followers, etc.) and propose optimization strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
 
  • Partner with clients, products, operation and live streamers to align Social Media content for daily live stream events and campaigns on AMMI Social Media accounts.
  • Work with creator marketing teams to identify and collaborate with Social Media KOLs for sponsored contents or partnerships.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and monthly content performance review and share with the whole team.




Qualifications:
Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in creator BD, or social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of growing Social Media accounts and creating viral content.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with no restrictions on the field of study.
Creative Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of Social Media's algorithms, audience behavior, and creative best practices.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create both organic and branded content.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook ecosystems, especially short-form video trends.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with any of the video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci or Final Cut Pro.
  • Familiarity with Social Media Ads Manager and other social media analytics tools.
Operation skills:
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Communication & Collaboration:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player who can work effectively across departments and with external partners.
